Hi, I’m Derrick. Some good news to share: ITS BEATTIYA INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD., the Malaysian company of IT’S BEATTIYA, has officially received approval for its Direct Selling Licence from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) 🎉
1. What has been approved?
- Approved by: Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN)
- Date of approval letter: 30 September 2026
- What it covers: a direct selling licence to operate under a multi-level marketing plan, for two years
- Under the law: Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 [Act 500]
2. Why does a direct selling licence matter?
I used to be an engineer at a display panel factory, and I always look at the “specs” and “certifications” first. It’s the same with a direct selling company: step one is to check whether it is licensed.
A licensed company must follow Act 500 and the licence conditions, and is regulated by KPDN. For customers and partners, this is the most basic and most important layer of protection.
3. What does it mean for you?
- If you are a customer: you are buying from a company that holds a government direct selling licence, so you can buy with more peace of mind.
- If you want to know about the business: the “is the company licensed?” check is now passed. Next, take your time to understand the plan and the products, and think about how much time you have. No pressure.
