Hi, I’m Derrick. I used to be an engineer at a display panel factory, so whatever I look at, I like to check the “spec sheet” first. Lately many friends WhatsApp me to ask: “Derrick, how exactly does your business pay?”
So I’ve put together IT’S BEATTIYA’s Malaysia bonus plan in the plainest words I can. Let me be clear first: this article is to help you understand the rules. It’s not asking you to join right now, and it does not guarantee any income. If it feels ok after reading, then we chat, no pressure 😊
1. How is the 66% split?

Add them up and you get 66%, which is what people often call the “6 types of income”: Direct, Differential, Mentoring, Incentive, Referral and Consultant Profit Share.
2. From Member to Consultant: the requirements for each rank
Think of PV simply as sales points; it’s the same unit as the Malaysian ringgit (RM). A “direct downline” is a partner on the first level you referred yourself.
Executive, Senior Executive and Manager are all “immediate promotion”, and sales accumulate without resetting, so the starting threshold isn’t high. From Supervisor upwards, what counts is whether you’ve helped your partners build up too.
3. Direct Bonus and Differential Bonus: the two most basic ones
- Direct Bonus: sales of the new members you referred directly × your rank’s %. When you buy products yourself, the bonus is deducted at the time of purchase, so no separate bonus is paid.
- Differential Bonus: the “rank % difference” between you and the partners below you.
B, a Senior Executive (30%) under you, does 3,000 PV → a higher rank than yours, so no difference (0).
Total = 962.5. (If your rank were Manager, differences would appear.)
So the higher your rank, the higher your own %, and the bigger the difference between you and your partners. Both of these are based on real product sales.
4. Mentoring Bonus: you must reach the threshold first
The Mentoring Bonus is 20%, the biggest piece of the plan, but not everyone can get it. You need to meet all of these:
- Mentor 4 direct-downline Managers (that is, reach Supervisor);
- Pass the company’s review and sign the full-time professional contract;
- From the following month, have Manager group sales of at least 7,000 PV in the current month.
“Manager group” means your own total sales minus the sales of the other Managers below you. If your Manager group sales reach 7,000 PV in a month, you’re called a “qualified Manager”. Only qualified Managers count in the weighting index, and Supervisors and above need 7,000 PV in their Manager group every month to receive the Mentoring Bonus.
Weighting index: really, it’s “sharing a pie”
The Mentoring Bonus isn’t a fixed 3% per generation. Instead, it comes from the company’s Mentoring Bonus pool and is shared out to everyone in proportion.
Your Mentoring Bonus = Mentoring Bonus pool × your weighting index
Total qualified Manager group sales in the company: 2.5 million PV → × 3% = 75,000.
You are a Supervisor; qualified Manager group sales within your 4 generations: 100,000 PV → × 3% = 3,000.
Weighting index = 3,000 ÷ 75,000 = 4% → Mentoring Bonus = 2 million × 4% = 80,000.
From the example you can see: your Mentoring Bonus depends on your organisation’s sales, and also on the whole company’s sales that month, so it won’t be the same every month.
5. Full-time Non-dilution Bonus 4%: Incentive 2% + Referral 2%
This part is 4%, split into two items. Both are linked to being a “full-time professional”:
- Professional Incentive Bonus 2%: when you are Supervisor or above and have become a full-time professional with the company, you receive 2% of your own sales.
- Professional Referral Bonus 2%: when you refer a partner who becomes a full-time professional with the company, you receive 2% of that partner’s sales.
Professional Incentive Bonus = (1,500,000 − 500,000) × 2% = 20,000.
Professional Referral Bonus = 500,000 × 2% = 10,000.
In short: the full-time professional partner’s sales are counted separately. You get the 2% incentive on your own part, and the 2% referral bonus on the partner’s part.
6. What do the two “big advantages” mean?
- Generation compression: if there’s an unqualified Manager in between, they don’t take up a generation, and the levels are compressed upwards. So the generations you can actually claim may go deeper than what the report shows.
- Closed-pool payout of the Mentoring Bonus: the Mentoring Bonus is calculated only from your own organisation, everyone shares the same bonus pool, and the total the company pays out is a fixed percentage.
7. Two extra benefits
- When the company’s total sales for the month reach 5 million PV: an extra 1% goes to the Full-time Professional Mentoring Bonus.
- At 10 million PV: an extra 2%.
- Both are shared according to the weighting index.
8. Derrick’s view: the good points and the things to watch out for
What I think is good
- Low entry barrier: joining fee RM180, and sales accumulate and never reset, so you won’t lose all your progress just because you were busy for a month or two.
- Fast early promotions: Executive, Senior Executive and Manager are all promoted immediately once you hit the target.
- Income comes from product sales: every bonus is calculated on PV, not on how many people you bring in.
Things you must think through clearly
- The Mentoring Bonus has a threshold: you need to reach Supervisor, sign on as a full-time professional, and reach 7,000 PV of Manager group sales in the current month.
- It’s not fixed every month: the Mentoring Bonus is a shared pie, linked to the whole company’s sales.
- It takes time to build: this is a business of serving customers and guiding partners, not easy money while you sit back. I myself took it step by step.
FAQ
Q: How much does it cost to join?
The joining fee is RM180. Spend 4,300 PV in a year and you renew automatically; if not, the annual renewal fee is RM75.
Q: Do my sales reset to zero?
No. Sales accumulate, and I think this is one thing that’s very friendly to beginners.
Q: Must I refer others to earn anything?
When you buy products yourself, the bonus is deducted at the time of purchase, so it does not create a separate bonus. The Direct Bonus comes from the partners you refer directly, the Differential Bonus comes from the rank difference between you and your partners, and the Mentoring Bonus also depends on building sales together with partners. So income starts with sharing the products and referring partners.
Q: Can I do it part-time?
You can start part-time to get to know it first. But the Mentoring Bonus requires becoming a “full-time professional” and passing the company’s review; the detailed conditions follow the company’s rules.
