Clear Balancing Lotion · 130ml
Many people go straight to their cream after washing, thinking toner is optional. But our weather here is hot and humid, and we go in and out of aircond rooms many times a day, so skin is often oily on the surface but dry inside, and dead skin builds up more easily too.
With skin like this, even the most expensive products you apply after won’t be absorbed much. No.2 Clear Balancing Lotion is the step that gets your skin “ready”, that’s why I always say: toner is not optional lah.

FAQ
Q: Can I skip the toner?
I don’t suggest it. Cleansing again after washing and softening the dead skin directly affects how well the products after it are absorbed. It’s the preparation step of the whole routine.
Q: There’s a bit of sediment in the bottle. Has it gone bad?
No, it hasn’t gone bad. It contains Ceylon cinnamon bark extract, and a bit of sediment from natural ingredients is normal. It doesn’t affect the quality, so you can use it with peace of mind.
Q: My skin is already very oily. Do I still need to use it?
Yes. A lot of oily skin is actually “oily outside, dry inside”: when skin lacks water, it produces even more oil. No.2 helps balance oil and moisture, and after using it for a while you’ll find your face feels fresher.
• If you feel stinging, redness, swelling or a lot of itching, stop using it first and consult a dermatologist.
• Keep it in a cool place at 10–25°C, not in the bathroom, the car or under the sun; close the cap tightly after use.
• Plant extracts can vary a little in colour and smell depending on climate and origin. This is normal and doesn’t affect the quality.
